Staff
in Personnel Compliance performs technical support services
for the Chief Personnel Officer in the office of Human Resources.
Additionally, staff assist in data analysis and management
as well as reporting for the purpose of enhancing compliance
with appropriate statutes, regulations, procedures and School
Board Rules relative to staffing, certification, compensation
and salary, administrative selection, staff development and
training, and other personnel functions.
Personnel
Compliance is also responsible for the School Board agenda
item development for Human Resources as well as the coordination
of the activities of the Board's Legislative Relations, Public
Relations and Personnel Services Committee.
