The office of Personnel Records and Transcript Analysis Management oversees the management of personnel files and personnel information as it relates to employee and applicant files.

Other responsibilities of the department are:

  • Input of employment applications into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Review / verify college and university transcripts submitted for employment, advance pay, tuition reimbursement and certification purposes
  • Handle employment verification forms, produces letters for employment verification
  • Respond to requests from employees/prospective employees for copies of documents from their personnel files
  • Respond to Subpoenas related to the production of personnel files
  • Respond to public information requests
  • Completes forms for verification of teaching experience
  • Verifies employment information as it relates to critical shortage and loan forgiveness forms
  • Responds to requests for transfer of sick leave days to other Florida counties
  • Maintain and image all personnel documents including employee evaluation forms and employee contracts
